Job Summary:

As a Field Technician at our slot gaming company, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and services to our clients, which include casinos, gaming establishments, and other gaming venues. Your primary responsibility will be to install, maintain, and repair slot machines and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Install and configure slot gaming machines and associated equipment at client sites, following company guidelines and technical specifications.

Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed machines to ensure they are operating efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with slot machines, including hardware, software, and peripheral components.

Keep detailed records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs, and inventory of spare parts.

Provide on-site training and technical support to casino staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of slot machines.

Respond promptly to service calls and inquiries from clients regarding machine malfunctions or performance issues.

Prepare and coordinate the transportation of the slot gaming machines from the warehouse to the client sites

Assist warehouse inventory management if required.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and customer support, to resolve complex technical problems and improve product reliability.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to slot gaming equipment, attending training sessions and workshops as required.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a field technician or similar role, preferably in the gaming or casino industry.

Strong knowledge of electronic systems, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.

Familiarity with slot gaming machines and related equipment, including bill accetpors, ticket printers, and player tracking systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs and project deadlines.


Working Conditions:

Technicians should be prepared to work outdoors and in various weather conditions when performing installations or repairs.
