Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences, Public Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree desirable.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or philanthropic/nonprofit leadership roles. Proven record of managing complex projects and supporting senior executives.
Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with project management tools.
• Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, proactive and adaptable mindset, and a passion for social impact and equity.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general technology agility to learn additional platforms quickly.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Group facilitation skills a plus.
• Cultural Competency: Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively relate and communicate in-person and via writing with culturally diverse team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner.
