The Field Service Manager oversees our Canada Field Service team to deliver quality service and technical solutions to our clients.
This position can be located anywhere in Western Canada.
Responsibilities
· Manage Field Service team, including hiring, training/development, mentoring, scheduling, and performance management.
· Provide technical support and guidance to the Field Service team.
· Ensure proper training and development Field Service team.
· Ensure company processes, policies, and standards are upheld.
· Foster a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety program.
· Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
· Manage budget and resources for the designated group.
· Manage client relationships, and act as key point of contact for escalations, complex projects, or issues.
· Collaborate with other key managers to meet operational goals of the company.
· Perform field work on occasion.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in a technical field, technologist diploma, or equivalent experience
· 10+ years of relevant industry experience with progressively responsible experience
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams in a technical environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong technical background
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
· Strong commitment to client service
· Ability to travel as required.
