The Senior Impact Strategist serves a manager-level position and is responsible for executing high-impact client portfolios. Key Responsibilities:

Client Portfolio Management:

  • Serve as the primary lead on at least two (2) client portfolios, managing end-to-end delivery from onboarding to final reporting.
  • Develop project plans, strategic proposals, presentations, and comprehensive strategy documents tailored to client objectives.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings, providing strategic insights and ensuring alignment with campaign/project goals.
  • Execute activations effectively, maintaining meticulous records and clear communication.

Strategic Execution:

  • Implement targeted strategies and tactics to address client needs across corporate, nonprofit, faith-based, advocacy, and entertainment sectors.
  • Leverage authentic, trust-based relationships with national and local leaders to amplify campaign/project impact.
  • Identify innovative solutions to complex social impact challenges, demonstrating a strategic mindset and proactive approach.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional organizational management.
  • Maintain professional discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive client and campaign/project information.
  • Generate detailed reports summarizing campaign outcomes, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of client strategies.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of organizational practices and campaign methodologies.

Standard Deliverables:

  • Comprehensive strategic project and activation plans tailored to each client portfolio.
  • Detailed client communications, including proposals, presentations, and reporting documents.
  • Regular progress reports tracking campaign effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client management, social impact campaigns, advocacy, community building, digital communications, or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Chime, Webex), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (ideal).
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, and occasional travel as required by client needs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to community engagement and social impact.


Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year
