Responsibilities and Duties

You will:

  • Provide direct support to President, including brainstorming and researching new business development projects as well as troubleshooting issues 
  • Support the property's day-to-day Operations, managing the property management team and working closely with our onsite partners
  • Review, audit and create various performance-based reports for the company

 

Qualifications, Skills and Characteristics

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Competency with various Microsoft products including Word, Excel and OneNote
  • Confidence learning and using online-based software platforms including Google Calendar, Canva, property payment platforms, property management platforms
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong drive to succeed
  • Growth-minded attitude
  • Experience and interest in real estate industry, property management, and/or marketing is a plus

 

Salary and Benefits

  • This is a part-time, hybrid position
  • 30 hours/week (can be flexible on the number of hours)
  • Starting pay of up to $52k per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • Total Time Off per year starts at over 3 weeks per year (6 paid holidays, 10 PTO days)
