Therapists provide individual, couples, and family therapy in an outpatient setting using evidence-based methods. Training/experience with DBT is a plus. Age and presenting problems are variable and will be assigned based on therapist training, experience, and preference. Groups may also be run based on therapist’s preference. Therapist will be responsible to accurately update and maintain his/her schedule using the Company’s web-based program, and may receive some help with this from the Company receptionist.

Responsibilities:

• Provides individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services using evidence-based practices
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA requirements with client files and communications
• Completes all progress notes using the practice software no later than one week after services rendered
• When the receptionist is not available, assures that all intake paperwork has been completed at a client’s first appointment
• Fully licensed employees may have opportunities to supervise provisionally licensed clinicians
• Completion of mandatory annual or semi-annual trainings
• Other duties as assigned by practice owner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Appropriate licensure in Utah and maintenance of that license
• Skillful at general computer use (Windows OS), internet, and Microsoft software use
• Background check required after hire

Compensation:

Schedule is flexible, with a minimum requirement of 10 hours per week. Payment starts at $50 per hour for fully licensed clinicians and increases based on licensure and number of clients seen. PTO and paid holidays are provided, and health insurance benefits are available for full-time employees. Reimbursement for training is also available.
