It is the Special Services (GSA Processor) sole responsibility to process our clients' federal paperwork and assist in educating them about Federal certifications and regulations; this requires the ability to quickly build relationships with clients over the phone using proper etiquette. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have an administrative background. In this role, you will learn about government contracting, GSA Certifications, set-aside certifications, the SBA, and our very own Advanced Procurement Portal. Knowledge of corporate documents, Salesforce, Microsoft, and financial/accounting basics are extremely useful. Candidates must possess the ability to learn new processes and procedures expeditiously; our industry and organization are ever-changing and growing so, our employees maintain the most up to date industry knowledge. Description

Responsibilities

  • Process GSA certifications and other paperwork
  • Analyze client accounts and documents
  • Effectively communicate via telephone/E-mail during application process
  • Communicate on a regular basis with staff at all levels of USFCR’s programs, and departments as well as its clients to build effective relationships
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), General Services Administration (GSA) schedule, and other regulations, as required
  • Prepare, review, and evaluate cost proposals, contracts, and subcontracts and other bid documents, as well as other agreements required within contract awards
  • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
  • Monitor daily reports to ensure proper movement of certification


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or 2 years of experience working closely with clients in an administrative setting
  • GSA processing experience preferred
  • Proper grammar and vocabulary skills are a must
  • Display strong communication skills, written and oral
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management, organizational skills, to effectively manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Maintain Confidentiality
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Highly proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM
