About URGOOD

URGOOD is a platform designed to help restaurants turn creator-driven discovery into real, measurable revenue. We partner with local restaurants and creators to drive high-intent dining experiences, bridging the gap between influence and actual reservations. URGOOD is launching in Dallas with an initial cohort of restaurants and creators, with a clear path to scale. We’re a small, high-performing team that moves quickly and stays close to our restaurant partners. We take a hospitality-first approach to how we build and value people who take ownership, communicate clearly, and care about creating something that truly works.

Description

We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to help build and scale our restaurant network from the ground up.

This is a hybrid sales + account management role. You’ll both bring new restaurants onto the platform and grow revenue within existing partnerships.

You’ll work directly with the founder and VP of Operations to:

  • Close early restaurant partners
  • Ensure they see real results
  • Turn those wins into repeatable growth

You should be equally comfortable walking into a restaurant to close a new partner as you are sitting down with an operator to review performance and grow their investment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: Prospect, pitch, close, onboard, and grow restaurant partners
  • Drive new business: Identify and close high-quality restaurant partners in the Dallas market
  • Manage and grow accounts: Ensure partners are successful, retained, and expanding (reservations CPA, locations, investment)
  • Lead onboarding and activation: Get restaurants live quickly and set them up for success
  • Prove and communicate ROI: Translate performance into clear, compelling insights for operators
  • Identify expansion opportunities: Upsell, cross-sell, and deepen partnerships over time
  • Build the playbook: Document what works across sales, onboarding, and growth to support scale
  • Act as the voice of the restaurant: Bring frontline insights into product and strategy

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations and how restaurants make money, including the key levers that drive revenue, from covers and table turns to repeat guests and revenue per seat. A strong, active network within the Dallas restaurant community is highly preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in restaurant sales, partnerships, account management, or hospitality business development
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts (not just maintain relationships)
  • Experience working with SMBs or local businesses (restaurants a strong plus)
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills - warm, credible, and persuasive
  • Comfort with data, dashboards, and CRM tools like Hubspot
  • High ownership mindset with strong communication habits - you follow through, close loops, and keep both partners and internal teams aligned
  • Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, organized, and excited to build from zero
  • Interest or experience in creators, social media, or local discovery platforms is a plus
