As a Bartender at The Parlor Bar at Urban Cowboy, you’ll pour wines from a heavily rotating glass list, make batched cocktails, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. We focus exclusively on low-intervention, sustainably made wines - if it’s interesting, we’re pouring it! The Parlor Bar doubles as our Hotel lobby and the Parlor Bartender needs to set and maintain a welcoming vibe for all of our guests. We're looking for individuals with a solid knowledge of wine (and the desire to learn more), classic cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
