About the Role

As a Leasing Agent, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of rental properties, helping deliver a high-quality, responsive experience to both owners and residents.

You’ll help coordinate the moving pieces that keep properties operating smoothly, including leasing activity, tenant placement, onboarding, and turnovers.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Client & Resident Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for leasing-related communication
  • Build trust through proactive updates and consistent follow-through
  • Deliver a professional, high-touch experience to owners and residents

Leasing & Coordination

  • Coordinate leasing activity and tenant placement for assigned properties
  • Support property onboarding and ensure smooth transitions
  • Help manage turnover timelines and communicate next steps clearly

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with leasing, accounting, maintenance, and customer service teams
  • Keep projects moving and ensure clear communication across departments
  • Help create a seamless experience from onboarding through occupancy

Execution & Follow-Through

  • Respond with urgency and professionalism
  • Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
  • Maintain strong organization across multiple properties and priorities
