Who you are:

• You have managed engineering teams of a minimum 10 to 15, and driven results that are reflected in the company’s growth.
• You have development experience with SaaS B2B or B2B2C and integrated payments technologies.
• You will be a key player on our team and empowered to bring your expertise in React, Javascript, Ruby, Rails, Playmaker, iOS/Swift, Android (Capacitor or Flutter), and data science modeling to drive the development process
• You are keen to hold engineering resources accountable and provide guidance on larger technical stories.
• You are able to jump in and write code, though as we grow and the Engineering team grows – you’ll be more focused on developing/managing the product road map and ensuring things get done on time to meet customer needs and expectations.
• You are customer savvy and able to interact directly and/or as part of our team with both current and prospective customers about opportunities. You are able and willing to dive in and support the sales process as we continue to grow and innovate.
• You are a collaborative team player and work cross-functionally with other exec team leaders, as well as all other others who are working hard to make it happen.
• You will report to our Founder and CEO, and have exposure to our Board of Directors
