We are looking for an eager and motivated Sales Solution Architect to join our Sales Team to drive revenue growth through the sale and onboarding of new sports facility customers to the Upper Hand Software. As a sales solution architect, you will work inbound marketing leads who submitted a demo request to learn more about buying Upper Hand software. You will conduct live video demonstrations of the Upper Hand software and provide your technical expertise to assist them in the decision to purchase Upper Hand. In addition to being their sales advisor, you will help architect the new customer’s account during the onboarding process.

Description

As a Sales Solution Architect on our Sales team your core responsibilities will include:


  • Conduct online demonstrations of Upper Hand software to inbound warm leads
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective customers; leading them to become a customer of Upper Hand
  • Work alongside other sales team members to consistently improve processes to drive up sales activity conversion rates
  • Manage a pipeline of new customer opportunities and onboarding of sold customers
  • Help transition your new customers to educational resources for ongoing support and training

  • Basic understanding for sales metrics, terminology, processes
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software
  • Experience from direct sales of 2-3 years minimum
  • A competitive drive and desire to win

Compensation:

  • $45,000 to $55,000 base + commission
