As a Sales Solution Architect on our Sales team your core responsibilities will include:
- Conduct online demonstrations of Upper Hand software to inbound warm leads
- Manage a pipeline of prospective customers; leading them to become a customer of Upper Hand
- Work alongside other sales team members to consistently improve processes to drive up sales activity conversion rates
- Manage a pipeline of new customer opportunities and onboarding of sold customers
- Help transition your new customers to educational resources for ongoing support and training

- Ability to excel at online presentations and present oneself in a professional manner
- A strong ability to simplify complex technical problems in easy to understand solutions
- An understanding of business models and how to provide technical assistance to align software to customer needs
- Basic understanding for sales metrics, terminology, processes
- Basic knowledge of CRM software
- Experience from direct sales of 2-3 years minimum

Compensation:
- $45,000 to $55,000 base + commission
