About the Role


This part-time morning position supports our clinical team across both front desk and MA duties. You'll be an essential part of starting the day right — getting patients checked in, rooms set, and providers moving on time.


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–1:00/2:00pm


What You'll Do

  • Open-shift duties including patient check-in, schedule preparation, and room setup
  • Insurance verification and copay collection
  • Room patients, document vitals and chief complaints
  • Assist providers with orthopedic exams and procedures as needed
  • Phlebotomy and specimen processing as needed
  • Work alongside our AI-assisted phone system to manage patient communication
  • Keep front and clinical areas organized and running smoothly


What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years in a medical office or clinical setting
  • Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
  • CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), or equivalent clinical experience
  • Able to work a consistent AM schedule (8:00am–1:00/2:00pm, Mon–Fri)
  • Comfortable with both front desk and clinical tasks
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
  • Phlebotomy experience a plus
  • Tebra experience a plus


Certifications — Please list any you hold in your application:

  • CPR/BLS (required — must have or be willing to obtain before start)
  • CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT)
  • Orthopedic Technologist — NAOT (highly valued)
  • Phlebotomy Certification (NHA, ASPT, or equivalent)
  • Medical Billing/Coding (CPC or similar)
  • Other relevant clinical certifications
