Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own book of business, focusing on building relationships with Human Resources and Marketing managers at mid-sized and large companies. You will help clients develop and execute custom-branded merchandise programs that meet their specific needs, leveraging UpMerch's full suite of services.


Training

For the first six months, you’ll work side-by-side with a seasoned, top-performing Account Executive, supporting their book of business and mastering the fundamentals of our industry. After completing this immersive training program, you’ll transition to building and managing your own accounts, prepared with the confidence and expertise to succeed. Throughout both your training and beyond, you’ll participate in weekly strategy sessions with fellow Account Executives, our marketing team, and our CEO to ensure your long-term success.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of full-time work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Sales or industry experience is a plus.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $45,000
  • Commission: Earn a percentage of every deal you win.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE):
  • Year 1: $60,000
  • Year 2: $100,000
  • Year 3: $135,000
