Compensation & Paid Time Off
- $18.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience
- Potential for monthly commissions

Our Recovery and Performance Enhancement Coach will… This is a client-facing, consultative sales and coaching role for someone who thrives in a high-end spa, wellness center, med spa, or luxury fitness environment. You will deliver world-class hospitality while driving membership growth through tours, follow-up, and confident, ethical closing.

Key Responsibilities of the position
Sales and growth (primary focus)
- Convert walk-ins, tours, and leads into memberships and packages through a consultative, relationship-based sales approach.
- Deliver compelling tours that connect client goals to the right services and membership options, then confidently ask for the sale.
- Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email, track outcomes, and move leads through the pipeline with urgency and warmth.
- Hit monthly sales and conversion goals, contribute to team targets, and participate in promotions and community events.
- Upsell and cross-sell appropriately: add-on services, package upgrades, retail, and referrals, always aligned to client outcomes.
Client experience and operations
- Serve as the first point of contact and create a premium, welcoming experience for members and guests.
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality: check-ins, scheduling, and proactive issue resolution.
- Run clients safely through services after training and according to center standards.
- Manage the membership database: register new clients, process payments, and maintain accurate client notes.
- Handle register, merchandise, and membership transactions with attention to detail.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, hourly facility checks, and cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and a polished, high-end environment.

Qualifications are:
- Able to work on site at the Park City Upgrade Labs center
- High-end clientele customer service experience
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Action oriented: initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Health and fitness enthusiast and/or biohacking fan
- Comfortable using a CRM or membership software, and willing to track leads, follow-ups, and sales results.
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality – you can talk to anyone!
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job including standing for up to 8 hours, occasionally sitting, walking, kneeling, and reaching, lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
Strongly preferred (what we are prioritizing right now)
- Proven sales experience in a luxury spa, med spa, wellness center, boutique gym, or similar high-end service business, including memberships and packages.
- Experience with personal training or a personal trainer background, or experience selling personal training packages, fitness coaching, or premium training programs.
- Comfort coaching clients on basic fitness and recovery habits in a way that supports retention and long-term results.
