Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and organized Project Coordinator to drive the success of our upcoming pop-up events and expand our community impact. In this role, you will lead the planning, logistics, and execution of dynamic pop-up experiences while actively identifying, researching, and securing strategic sponsors. As a core representative of Up A Notch Abilities, you will build meaningful corporate partnerships and create inclusive, high-energy events that elevate our mission and engage the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: Manage the end-to-end logistics, vendor relations, and on-site execution of various pop-up events.
• Sponsorship Research: Identify and vet corporate sponsors, foundations, and local businesses that align with our mission.
• Outreach & Pitching: Draft compelling partnership proposals and actively pitch potential sponsors to secure financial or in-kind support.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with sponsors, vendors, and community partners to ensure successful collaborations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, project coordination, or corporate fundraising.
• Exceptional research skills with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for building external partnerships.
