Job Summary & The Role

At UGP, our Inside Sales & Relationship Agents manage the entire lifecycle of our members. You aren't just grinding on new sales 100% of the time. You will handle a mix of high-intent inbound/outbound sales and vital member retention and relationship management.

Essential Functions:

• Consultative Sales: Connect with high-intent, partner-referred consumers to understand their unique healthcare needs and guide them to the right Medicare and ancillary plan designs.
• Member Retention & Relationship Management: Conduct proactive outreach and retention calls to our existing membership book to ensure they are satisfied with their coverage, resolve questions, and build long-term brand loyalty.
• Compliant Data Management: Ensure accurate recording of customer information in our CRM and enrollment tools.
• Ethical Excellence: Exceed production targets while maintaining the absolute highest ethical and compliance (CMS, HIPAA, and TCPA) standards.

Required Education and Experience

• Active Health Insurance License (Required) and immediate releases in hand.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medicare / Health Insurance Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships over the phone.

Work Environment & Tech Requirements

• 100% Remote: A dedicated, quiet workspace at home free from distractions and capable of protecting PHI/HIPAA information.
• Equipment Provided: Unified Growth Partners provides all necessary computer hardware and phone equipment.
• Internet Requirements: You must provide a dedicated, high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, hardwired via Ethernet preferred) free from competing household usage to ensure crystal-clear audio quality.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $20.00 per hour base + a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure where the real earning potential lies.
