Understanding Minds Psychological Services is hiring full-time providers for our growing practice based in South St. Louis County. We are a locally owned and operated practice committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and ethical mental health services to our community.

Description

Role and responsibilities:

  • Provide individual adult therapy
  • Conduct comprehensive intake and follow-up assessments
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of sessions
  • Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings
  • Opportunities to provide adults, couples, and family therapy if desired
  • Opportunities to participate in delivery of groups and workshops, and/or develop additional clinical programming if desired
  • Full-time positions require a minimum of 27 client-facing hours per week, with bonuses available for providers who achieve additional hours benchmarks

$90,000 - $120,000 per year
