Role and responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy
- Conduct comprehensive intake and follow-up assessments
- Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings
- Opportunities to participate in delivery of groups and workshops, and/or develop additional clinical programming if desired
- Full-time positions require a minimum of 27 client-facing hours per week, with bonuses available for providers who achieve additional hours benchmarks

- Full or provisional licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the state of Missouri
- Desire to maintain a full-time caseload

- Cultural competence and commitment to providing ethical care
- Excellent time management, boundaries, communication, and rapport building skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours to meet client demand; hiring bonus offered to those who schedule a minimum number of these high-demand hours monthly
- Special consideration may be given to candidates who have interest or experience in the following areas: child/adolescent therapy, play therapy, ERP treatment for OCD, EMDR or other trauma-focused therapy, therapy with older adults
