The Marketing Manager will nurture the company brand through various forms of media, creating marketing campaigns to increase awareness and reach, and generating publicity from press releases and community events.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Create and implement marketing plans that align the creative direction of the organization with company strategy
- Develop and manage online presence for the Undergrads’ brand through internal and external websites, blogs, social media channels, and other online platforms
- Incorporate traditional and online marketing techniques to attract a student population
- Work with the media, vendors, contractors, and advertising agencies to increase Undergrads’ reach
- Plan and direct the creation of marketing materials that will enhance the public image of Undergrads
- Coordinate publicity events such as fundraisers, community events, or social gatherings
- Organize and sponsor press releases and respond to media inquiries
- Develop and measure the success of marketing campaigns by analyzing KPI’s, student feedback, and any other factors that indicate whether objectives were met
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; prior work with a known “lifestyle” brand a strong plus
- Proficient with social media marketing, preferably Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Instagram
- Experience with managing a team of vendors (design, copywriting, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance creative thinking with an analytical mind
