The IT System Analyst III is an exciting opportunity to work directly with clients and grow in an ever changing industry. This role will be managing, researching, analyzing, and designing information systems to meet the needs of the client.
- Provide support for clients, in a courteous, patient and understandable manner (working
with the customer where they are)
- Answer inquiries collaboratively
- Provide support for advanced problems escalated from Level 2 or Team Lead
- Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 Analysts
- Organize and manage projects, develop schedules, identify critical paths, and break
down a project into individual tasks
- Analyze and evaluate data and information. Draw valid conclusions and take appropriate
actions/recommendations
- Maintain awareness of the client environments and the ongoing efforts for each
- Relay progress with other team members so that all are on the same page
- Maintain appropriate records (software licenses, services, assets, etc) as required by
each client
- Update and maintain confidential systems
- Process orders from request, to placement, fulfillment, and distribution, maintaining
and delivering records of transactions
- Provide research, data gathering and analysis for Strategic clients
- Assist in other areas as the need arises and time permits
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to distill complex concepts to an approachable level for each person you interact
with
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple simultaneous requests from
clients who each see only a portion of your total workload

- Expert knowledge supporting and administering Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android
- Experience administering Cloud services
- Scripting and automation experience
- Deep knowledge of networking (LAN, Wireless, Internet) - Able to troubleshoot common
failures and address/suggest mitigations. This should include a working understanding of
IPv4, NAT, DNS, DHCP, QOS, VLAN and Packet filtering, from the perspective of each
component in the system
- Experience with
conversations between end points and identify problems using built in analysis
tools
- Terminal proficiency - comfortable running and troubleshooting specialized commands
- Knowledge of disaster preparedness / business continuity principles and best practices
and experience administering systems responsible for these functions
- Advanced knowledge of security controls, when and where to apply them,
- Ability to identify systems and services that are being targeted or attacked and areas
where security can be improved
- Experience administering multiple cloud / virtualization platforms
- Experience troubleshooting complex issues involving - multiple disparate systems
- Working knowledge of NIST 800-171 / CMMC
- Incident response
- Experience building and securing solutions with modern cloud components (Google
Workspace, M365, AWS)
- Comfortable designing solutions for Windows, Mac and Linux environments (both
desktop and server; mixed and homogeneous)
- Experience administering and extending Jira and Confluence
