Ultimate Mortgage Brokers (W-2 Position)

Recent regulatory changes have opened new opportunities for real estate professionals. Ultimate Mortgage Brokers has created a compliant, structured role that allows licensed agents to earn referral income on closed loans β€” while continuing to focus on selling real estate.


πŸ’Ό How It Works

1️⃣ Refer a client to your UMB Loan Officer partner

2️⃣ We handle the mortgage process start to finish

3️⃣ You earn up to 50 basis points (max $5,000) per closed loan

You remain a 1099 agent with your brokerage and become a W-2 employee of Ultimate Mortgage Brokers in a Business Development role.

🚫 What This Role Is Not

  • You are not a loan originator

  • Licensed real estate agent in good standing
  • Minimum 12 closed transactions in the last 12 months
  • Cannot hold a mortgage loan originator license
  • Willing to complete compliance training and attend company events

  • Hourly W-2 base pay
  • Commission: 0.50% of funded loan amount
  • Max $5,000 per transaction
  • Paid on closed & funded loans
