This position primarily focuses on residential cleaning, with opportunities to assist on commercial properties as needed. Hours will vary based on our schedule and client demand, offering room for growth as we continue expanding throughout the Lexington area.

What You’ll Do

• Perform detailed residential cleaning services, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas
• Complete commercial cleaning assignments for offices and other business facilities as scheduled
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces using company approved procedures
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling while maintaining proper waste disposal practices
• Restock paper products, soap, and other facility supplies when needed
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Follow company cleaning standards, checklists, and safety procedures
• Work independently or alongside other team members to complete projects efficiently
• Occasionally assist with deep cleaning projects, move-in/move-out cleanings, and specialty cleaning services

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift up to 40 pounds, and remain active throughout the workday
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and company procedures
• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Part-time position with varying weekday hours
• Some weekend availability may be required
• Additional hours become available as our client base continues to grow
