About The Ideal Candidate:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Consult (phone, zoom & in person) with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences & budget
  • Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, tours, and experiences in custom proposals & detailed itineraries.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Follow company booking process and best practices for client satisfaction and retention for long term relationship & referrals
  • Manage the entire travel experience from consultation to departure with exceptional customer service
  • Report sales revenue and commission for accurate tracking and accounting
  • Accurately process invoices, payments, and documentation in compliance with agency policies.
  • Stay up to date on destination knowledge, travel trends, and supplier training.
  • Support marketing and client engagement efforts (social media, newsletters, events, etc.).


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Solid understanding of geography, airlines, airports, cruise lines, and top destinations worldwide & experience in organizing international travel for business or personal 
  • Ability to understand clients travel goals and needs and exceed their expectations
  • Strong sales and consultative skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail when preparing itineraries, quotes, and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Collaborative team player, but able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and resourceful in critical thinking skills to solving during travel emergencies
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor with a high standard of client care.


Job Requirements:

  • Availability to work full-time hours, including occasional evenings/weekends for client needs or urgent travel support.
  • Passport & willingness to participate in familiarization (FAM) trips, training, and ongoing professional development that involves overnight travel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with client information.
  • Comfortable working across various technology systems in a fast paced environment 


Education/ Experience:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

$32,000 - $35,000 per year
