ASMs have the opportunity to earn an average of $24 per hour. This is an estimate of hourly earnings. It is based on the 2023 base pay rate, plus 2022's hourly tip average. 2023 actual customer tips may vary. If the average hourly earnings of an ASM, Shift Lead, or Scooper are less than $15 per hour in a two-week pay period, Two Roosters will add the difference to the person’s paycheck so that their average hourly earnings reach $15 per hour for that pay period
- 15 days PTO per year, accrued hourly
- We cover 50% of our group medical, dental, and vision insurance plan premiums for employees that work more than 30 hours per week as a 30-day average.
