Working at 219

We believe that iteration is key to developing great products AND to forming a great workplace. We regularly try new things in the office, keeping what works and letting go of what doesn’t. Engineers at 219 work together in a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team, across industries, on a variety of technologies. Continuous learning is a necessity and a passion so 219ers have a high level of expertise - often across disciplines. Most 219ers are currently in a “hybrid” work mode and spend some time in the office, some time at home, and even occasionally take advantage of our short term “work-from-wherever” policy.
