We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the operational functions related to our tradeshow, event and permanent installation projects. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a related industry. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
Key responsibilities of a Project Coordinator:
· Consolidating and maintaining project timelines, then monitoring progress against deadlines.
· Track project expenses, identifying potential cost issues and ensuring the project stays within budget constraints.
· Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, communicating updates and changes to relevant parties and managing meeting agendas.
· Maintaining project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes and project plans.
· Tracking the usage of resources for the various project teams
· Generating project status reports, analyzing project data, and providing insights to the operations team.
· Source products requested by the operations team, coordinate purchase and delivery timeline with vendors
Required skills for a project coordinator:
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Ensuring accuracy in project documentation and data
· Meeting deadlines and managing project timelines effectively
· Familiarity with software like Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms
· Identifying and resolving project issues proactively
