Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the production and post event phases of the project.
  • Be the bridge for communication between the client and internal fulfillment departments
  • Understand the project scope and client needs - ensuring exceptional service throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster satisfaction, retention, and future opportunities.
  • Manage project budgets, providing cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and flawless execution of events. (flawless seems unreachable??)
  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met efficiently.
  • Plan and order site services through the General Contractor and other third-party vendors including all site requirements for exhibiting and EAC.
  • Understand process for requesting graphic files from clients and lead process for internal proofing and approvals
  • Use experience and expertise to provide consultative recommendations on design, fabrication and services.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to collect feedback, assess service quality, and implement improvements.
  • Understand project costing and reconciliation of these costs for final billings
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Be available for travel and weekend work to support events


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, account management, or a related role in tradeshows or live activations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity of CRM software, such as HubSpot – Smartsheet is a plus?
