Description
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their project needs and ensuring exceptional service throughout the process.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Manage project budgets, providing cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and flawless execution of events.
Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met efficiently.
Plan and order site services through the General Contractor and other third-party vendors.
Understand and process graphic files from clients.
Use experience to provide consultative recommendations on design, fabrication and services.
Conduct post-event evaluations to collect feedback, assess service quality, and implement improvements.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills
Be available for travel and weekend work to support events
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in event planning, account management, or a related role in tradeshows or live activations
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
High attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
