About Twin Cities Psychological Services, Ltd.

Twin Cities Psychological Services is a team of providers who strive to provide a safe and welcoming place of healing, empowerment, and growth for individuals and couples of all cultural backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. We are passionate about fostering a practice that values, appreciates, and affirms diverse identities and voices. Our aim is to promote the well being of individuals and families in the Twin Cities community by providing quality mental health care for individuals, couples, and families emphasizing trust, respect, confidentiality, and compassion. We acknowledge that social inequalities and injustice contribute to psychological well-being. To this end, we value the importance of integrating one’s various identities into the therapeutic process and bear witness to the injustices that can be experienced among oppressed and marginalized people. As such, we aspire to join the fight toward a socially-just, equitable, and anti-racist society through the services we provide.

Description

Twin Cities Psychological Services, Ltd. (TCPS) is actively searching for strong and diverse clinicians to join our team in 2026! We are a busy, insurance-based group private practice located in downtown Minneapolis. TCPS is focused on promoting an environment for our clients that is welcoming, empowering, and collaborative. We are uniquely proud of the strong reputation we have built among the queer community.

The ideal licensed clinician will have strong relational and communication skills, embrace and affirm diversity, and be self-motivated. We seek providers who possess a deep curiosity about themselves and others, a capacity for self-reflection, and an openness to collegial feedback. Candidates who bring a sense of humor and playfulness to their work are a particularly strong fit for our practice.

We are looking for providers interested in a full-time caseload (25+ scheduled appointments per week) and who primarily conduct individual and/or couples’ therapy with adults. We offer both an employee track (W2) and an independent contractor track (70% IC split).

Clinicians have autonomy and flexibility in creating their own schedules. Our building is open M-Th from 7a-7p and Saturdays from 9a-12p. We are currently seeking clinicians who are interested in offering in-person appointments (full-time or as part of a hybrid model).

Licensed clinicians will join insurance panels under our group. We complete the credentialing process for all new clinicians.
