RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet all guests warmly as they enter, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions and requests courteously and promptly.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu items, including ingredients and benefits, to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Serve food and beverages with high standards for quality and presentation.
- Regularly check on guests at their tables to ensure satisfaction and provide any additional assistance.
- Keep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies to maintain efficient service.
- Follow all health and food safety guidelines to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support overall team success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry (restaurant, hotel, etc.).
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
