Job description

Turning Stone Counseling is a private practice located in Pasadena, MD. We provide individual, family, and group counseling both in-person and via telehealth. All applicants must be Maryland licensed and open to working the following:

• At minimal one (1) four (4) hour in-person shift in the office.
• One (1) evening shift required- can be the same as in office day.
• Full time position 35 hours (includes documentation, meetings, supervisions)
• Hold an active Maryland license ( LMSW/LGPC)

Salary Range:

• Earning potential starting at $50,400 (Flat rate per service code model to Salary after probationary period)
• We are a W-2 practice
• Paid bi-weekly (no waiting for reimbursement)

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of 25 clients seen weekly including progress notes and treatment planning
• Collaboration as needed per case
• Attend supervision weekly
• Attend required staff meetings

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Licensed in Maryland
• Background Check
• Clinical experience a plus but we also support as part of our culture learning and development for provisionally licensed individuals.
