Job description

Turning Stone Counseling is a insurance based-private practice located in Pasadena, MD. We provide individual, family, and group counseling both in-person and via telehealth. All applicants must be Maryland licensed and open to working the following:

• At minimal one (1) in-person day in the office.
• One (1) evening shift required- can be the same as in office day.
• Full time position 30-32 hours (includes documentation, meetings, consultations)
• Hold an active Maryland license ( LCSW-C, LCPC)

Salary Range:

• Earning potential $62,000-$67,000 (Flat rate per service code model and Salaried model after probationary period available)
• We are a W-2 practice
• Paid bi-weekly
• Paid administrative time for all required meetings for flat rate model

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of 25 clients seen weekly including progress notes and treatment planning
• Collaboration as needed per case
• Attend all required staff meetings

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Licensed in Maryland
• Background Check
• Clinical experience a plus but we also support as part of our culture learning and development for provisionally licensed individuals.
