Tuopu Group is a global automotive manufacturer specializing in chassis systems, NVH components, and interior parts for major OEM and EV leaders. Tuopu USA supports North American operations with advanced manufacturing and warehousing in Fremont, CA


We are expanding our Quality team and seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining high production standards.


Position Summary

The Supplier Quality Assurance is responsible for performing in-process and final inspections to ensure that all products meet quality and customer requirements. This position works closely with the production team to identify and correct issues during the manufacturing process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months of quality or manufacturing experience who wants to grow in a global automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts and assemblies during production.
  • Verify that products meet established specifications using basic measurement tools (calipers, gauges, check fixtures, etc.).
  • Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials or defects.
  • Support first-piece and in-process inspections.
  • Complete inspection records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate with production and quality leads to resolve issues quickly.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role.
  • Basic understanding of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, or gauges).
  • Ability to read simple work instructions or part drawings preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.


Shift & Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Subject to change)
  • Overtime or weekend work may be required based on production needs
