Tumbles Seattle Ballard is a high-energy children’s gym and learning center located on 24th Avenue NW, designed to promote physical and cognitive development for kids from infancy up to age 12. The bright space offers age-tailored programs ranging from parent-and-child classes to independent recreational gymnastics and ninja warrior classes as well as hands-on STEAM activities. Known in the neighborhood for its supportive coaching staff, clean facility, and engaging social atmosphere, Tumbles also serves as a popular community hub for private birthday parties, weekend open play, seasonal day camps, and drop-off Kids’ Night Out events.

Tumbles Head Coach: Lead the Fun and Inspire Kids!

Do you love the sound of kids giggling while they tumble, leap, and play? Are you an energetic leader who wants to make a real impact in your community? Tumbles, a growing kids' fitness and STEAM franchise, is looking for a Head Coach to inspire kids to fall in love with fitness. If you’re passionate about wellness and enjoy making a positive impact on young families, this is the job for you!

You’ll be leading classes and birthday parties for kids ages 4 months to 10 years old, creating a vibrant, clean, and safe environment. More than just a coach, you'll be a role model, teaching fundamental gymnastics, ninja and movement skills while helping children build lifelong habits of wellness. What we expect from our Head Coach

• Be a superstar leader. You'll know our curriculum inside and out, creating engaging and memorable experiences for every child.
• Bring the energy! You're an outgoing, friendly, and bubbly person who loves to interact with kids and parents. You're not afraid to be silly, make kids laugh, and give out plenty of high-fives and fist-bumps.
• Embrace the hustle. You're a natural multi-tasker who can run fun activities, keep the gym tidy, and delegate smaller tasks to assistant coaches.
• Have a background in fitness, sports, or kids' programming. Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, theater, or a related field is a major plus.
• Be flexible. You're available to work at least two weekends per month.
• Show off your social skills. Proficiency in social media is a plus.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead Gym classes and/or Science classes for kids 0-10 years old
• Lead Birthday Parties
• Lead Camps and Kids Night Outs
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all families
• Clearly and enthusiastically communicate with kids, parents, and fellow team members
• Maintain a high level of energy and a can-do attitude
• Be reliable and have consistent transportation
• Pass a clean background check
