Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations
  • Provide mobile, community-based speech therapy visits in natural environments
  • Develop individualized, functional treatment plans addressing communication, language, articulation, social communication, AAC, and feeding/swallowing as appropriate
  • Educate and coach caregivers using a family-centered, strengths-based approach
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation and evaluation reports
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinic policies

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in Tennessee
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply
  • Pediatric experience preferred; early intervention experience a plus
  • Strong clinical reasoning, organization, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in mobile settings
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within service area

Salary

$50 - $60 per hour
