Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations
  • Provide mobile, community-based occupational therapy visits in natural environments
  • Develop individualized, functional treatment plans addressing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, and participation skills
  • Educate and coach caregivers using a family-centered, strengths-based approach
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation and evaluation reports
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinic policies

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current or eligible Occupational Therapy license in Tennessee
  • Pediatric experience preferred; early intervention experience a plus
  • Strong clinical reasoning, organization, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in mobile settings
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within service area

Salary
