What we’re looking for:

Tufting house is looking to hire a Tufting Coordinator to provide outstanding customer experience and help customers bring their rugs to life. As a Tufting Coordinator, you will be identifying and supporting customer needs and offering solutions as they work their way through class. You will also answer any questions they may have about products and services we offer.

We’re looking for someone who is willing to take the time and effort to make sure each customer has the knowledge and tools they need to tuft a rug they’re proud of.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting/checking in customers
• Setting up and breaking down tufting stations throughout class.
• Assisting customers while tufting with questions, guidance, demonstrations etc.
• Providing customers with accurate information about product offerings, pricing, and availability, etc.
• Ensuring yarn stock is up-to-date and faced properly
• Tufting rugs as needed based on customer orders
• Staying updated with new products and offerings

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma
• Work experience as Sales Associate, Coordinator, or relevant role
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 25 pounds easily
• Outstanding communication skills
• Flexibility to work different shifts
