Tuck Software Group is supporting the development of an AI-native presales acceleration platform used by enterprise teams to automate high-value, repeatable workflows.
This platform connects directly to large-scale data systems and leverages a RAG-based architecture with agent-driven workflows to streamline activities such as:
- Opportunity analysis and deal insights
- Statement of Work (SOW) generation
- Customer-facing presentation creation
- Engagement planning and strategy support
The core platform is already in place. This engagement is focused on accelerating development of agent workflows and underlying tools ahead of a key milestone.
You will work closely with a small, highly technical team and contribute directly to production systems.
There is zero ramp up time available. You must be able to contribute on day one. No phone calls or emails will be accepted regarding this role. Candidates who apply through the relevant job board will receive a response if there is a potential fit.

- Duration: 4–6 weeks; Start week of June 1st
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Time Zone: CST
- Core collaboration hours: ~9 AM – 4 PM CST

- Candidate Screen via Zoom
- 24-hr Coding Technical Assessment
- Interview w/ Leadership Team via Zoom or In-Person
- Technical interview with Client’s project lead
- Must be able to pass background check (criminal & employment verification)
What You’ll Do
- Build and extend tools that power RAG-based agent workflows
- Develop integrations between AI pipelines and structured data sources
- Work within LangGraph / LangChain-style architectures (or similar patterns)
- Collaborate with engineering leads to deliver against sprint milestones
- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to increase velocity on repeatable tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines or retrieval-based AI systems
- Experience working with LLMs and agent-based workflows
- Strong Python experience within AI/ML ecosystems
- Comfortable shipping quickly and iterating in fast-paced environments
- Interest in automating repeatable workflows using AI
- Experience working with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Windsurf)
- Experience integrating with data warehouses or enterprise data platforms
- Background in AI-native development workflows
- Experience with Vue3.js or similar JavaScript Libraries
