Tuck Home Services (THS) (https://tuckhs.com/) is a fast-growing construction and maintenance company based in Campton, NH. We are the one-stop shop for property owners in Central NH between Plymouth and Lincoln. In the Spring and Summer, you can find our crew mowing lawns and clearing yards. During winter, our trucks are out moving snow from 100s driveways. Additionally, we also do job-based work including interior remodels, decks, and rot repair. Summary

THS is a growing construction and property services company based in Campton, NH. We're looking for an experienced exterior painter to join our crew for the May–October season. You'll be painting siding, trim, and decks on residential projects across the Plymouth–Lincoln corridor. If you do quality work and want steady hours through the season with the option to keep earning through the winter on snow removal, this is the role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Exterior painting and staining on residential projects — siding, trim, decks, porches, outbuildings
• Surface prep: scraping, sanding, masking, caulking, priming
• Working as part of a crew on larger jobs, and running smaller jobs solo when the work calls for it
• Reporting to Logan (our construction PM) on progress, issues, and material needs
• Handling material pickup and staging when needed
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Communicating proactively when issues come up, not after they become problems
• Optional: plowing or shoveling work during the winter months at premium pay

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of exterior painting experience, ideally including siding and trim work
• Strong prep skills — you don't cut corners on scraping, sanding, or caulking
• Comfortable working off ladders, scaffolding, and lifts at height
• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in New Hampshire weather
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Comfortable with basic technology — job site photos, simple digital forms, sending updates
• At least 3 references and examples of past work

Nice-to-Haves

• Spray equipment experience (airless)
• Staining experience (decks, cedar, log siding)
• Plowing or snow removal experience for winter work
• Familiarity with Sherwin-Williams product lines

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–30/hr depending on experience
• Seasonal full-time position, May through October (40 hrs/week)
• Tools and equipment provided
• Optional winter snow removal work at premium pay
• 401k after eligibility requirements are met
• We evaluate compensation annually
