Position Summary
The Home Store Representative is responsible for executing all planogram updates, category resets, and merchandising standards. This role operates independently within assigned stores, ensuring that all resets are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The Home Store Representative acts as the main point of contact for store leadership and is responsible for maintaining strong communication, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions.
Essential Functions
- Independently execute all planogram updates and cycle resets in assigned stores in accordance with Big Y program standards and timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership, ensuring alignment on scheduling, expectations, and execution
- Review planograms and verify accuracy of product placement, shelf tags, and merchandising standards
- Complete reporting requirements including progress updates, issue tracking, and before-and-after photo documentation using company systems
- Communicate regularly with supervisor regarding progress, challenges, and store needs
- Ensure proper handling of fixtures and products while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to all company and retailer safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and ownership of assigned store results
- Support special projects, promotional resets, or additional merchandising needs as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, category resets, or store operations is preferred
- Familiarity with planograms, schematics, and retail merchandising standards

Work Environment
- Field-based retail store environment
- Travel between assigned store locations
