Position Summary
The TruFlex Representative is responsible for executing merchandising, remodels, and special projects across assigned locations. This role provides flexible, impactful support across stores and evolving business needs, operating with a high degree of autonomy to manage workload and ensure accurate, on-time execution of planograms, fixture installations, and merchandising standards.
The TruFlex Representative also supports team-based remodels and larger initiatives as needed, serving as a trusted partner to store leadership while delivering consistent, quality results with strong communication, accountability, and professionalism.
Essential Functions
- Independently execute merchandising activities, including planogram updates, resets, and in-store standards with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage and prioritize workload across assigned locations, maintaining accountability for execution and results
- Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Interpret and implement planograms, schematics, and project instructions to maintain merchandising compliance
- Perform fixture assembly, adjustments, and product setup safely and efficiently
- Complete all required reporting, including progress updates, issue tracking, and photo documentation
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve in-store issues, escalating as needed while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Support remodels, large-scale resets, and special projects (including store openings, seasonal transitions, and cross-location coverage)
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, resets, fixture installation, or store operations
- Familiarity with planograms, schematics, and merchandising standards

Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to climb ladders or use step stools as needed
- Physical labor including fixture assembly and product movement
Work Environment
- Field-based retail store environments across multiple locations
- Frequent travel required
- Variable hours including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends based on project and reset schedules
