The Lead Steward serves as the primary caretaker for each home visit, ensuring every home receives exceptional attention, thoughtful care, and consistent quality. This individual leads a two-person Steward team, performs detailed residential home care, communicates observations, and ensures every homeowner experiences the level of trust, transparency, and professionalism that defines Trusty Stewards. This role is ideal for someone who notices details others overlook, enjoys creating order, takes pride in exceptional work, and wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You'll Do
As a Lead Steward, you'll lead a two-person team caring for approximately 4–5 homes each day within Briar Chapel and Chatham Park.
You'll:
• Lead residential home care visits from start to finish
• Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Complete a final quality walkthrough before leaving each home
• Mentor and support your Steward teammate
• Communicate observations that help homeowners better care for their homes
• Report concerns honestly and proactively
• Help build the culture and standards of a growing company
This is physical work, but it's done at a sustainable pace. We believe quality comes from taking the time to do things right, not rushing to the next stop.
What We're Looking For
We're less interested in years of experience than we are in character.
You'll thrive here if you:
• Have at least one year of residential or hospitality housekeeping experience
• Take pride in doing things right even when no one is watching
• Notice details others overlook
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Enjoy working as part of a team
