Key Responsibilities

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Oversee caseload of amazing clients at our newly designed Norcross clinic
• Conduct various assessments like functional, developmental, and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, EFL, AFLLS, FBA, etc.)
• Develop individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans, and crisis plans that’ll be more exciting than a blockbuster movie!
• Provide monitoring, support, and analysis of treatment and programming like Sherlock Holmes solving a mystery!
• Train and supervise ABA Technicians, parents, and other caregivers turning them into superhero sidekicks!
• Provide supervision to those pursuing BCBA certification, helping them unlock their superhero potential.
• This position requires working on-site at our newly designed Norcross clinic, where the adventure never stops!
