Position Overview:             

 

This is a role for someone with deep expertise in Salesforce, a strong architectural mindset, and proven experience in global delivery. You’ll bridge technical strategy and execution, leading a global team to deliver projects that solve real business problems.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

End-to-End Delivery Leadership

  • Drive the successful execution of Salesforce Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and AI projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Establish delivery frameworks and processes that optimize project timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Act as the escalation point for delivery issues, providing clear resolutions to keep projects on track.


Architectural Excellence

  • Define and implement scalable, high-impact solutions that address operational inefficiencies and drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and review system architectures, ensuring they align with best practices and client needs.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce advancements, especially in Data Cloud and AI, to continuously improve solution design.

 

 

Client Advisory and Relationship Management

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through technical and strategic decisions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent delivery excellence.

 

Team Development and Leadership

  • Lead a global delivery team, mentoring architects, developers, and project managers to excel in their roles.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Identify and develop talent, ensuring the team is equipped to handle current and future challenges.

 

Pre-Sales Collaboration

  • Partner with the sales team to shape and scope projects, ensuring feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities.
  • Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that define timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Contribute to client proposals by offering strategic insights and technical expertise.

 

Operational Oversight

  • Monitor and manage project metrics, including resource allocation, budget adherence, and delivery timelines.
  • Continuously refine delivery processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they impact project success.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • Deep Salesforce Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with advanced knowledge of Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Global Delivery Experience: Proven track record leading multi-region teams on complex implementations.
  • Architectural (CTA) Mindset: Hands-on experience as a Principal Solution Architect, designing scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Pre-Sales and Delivery Synergy: Experience shaping and delivering large-scale, multi-cloud projects.
  • Leadership Excellence: Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team.
