What You’ll Do 

You're not just managing projects, you're building partnerships. This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution. You’ll lead Salesforce engagements end-to-end while building strong relationships with clients to uncover new opportunities. You’re just as comfortable mentoring a team as you are rolling up your sleeves to get things done yourself. 

Your Responsibilities: 

• Be the client-facing lead for Salesforce projects 
• Own delivery across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud 
• Run daily standups, remove blockers, manage burn, scope, and velocity 
• Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps 
• Manage risks before they escalate, and handle issues with transparency 
• Drive pre-sales inputs (SOWs, estimates, timelines) 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep delivery aligned and efficient 
• Be accountable for quality, demos, documentation, handoffs, and go-lives 
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and bring them forward 
• Lead with empathy, coach team members, and foster a high-performance culture 

What You Bring 

• 8+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years with Salesforce 
• Strong command of Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing 
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions 
• Confident running stakeholder meetings, facilitating workshops, and handling exec comms 
• Proven success shipping mid-to-enterprise scale projects on time and on budget 
• Experience working in hybrid team models and across time zones (India + EST) 
• Hands-on, no-ego attitude, you lead and deliver 
• Comfort working from office (Chandigarh/Mohali)

• Leadership mindset with IC muscle, you can manage and do 
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency 
• Highly organized and outcomes-driven 
• Comfortable working with execs, developers, and clients alike 
• Curious, ambitious, and client-obsessed 

Certifications (Preferred): 

• Salesforce Administrator 
• Salesforce Business Analyst 
• PMP or SAFe Agilist 

Tools & Stack: 

• Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, MS Office, Lucid/Miro, Jira, Confluence, Asana/Smartsheet 

Work Hours: 

India office-based (Chandigarh/Mohali) with EST alignment (8 AM – 12 PM EST hybrid support)
