Here’s Your Role:

  • You'll be the primary liaison between our clients and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • With your in-depth Salesforce knowledge, you'll gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
  • 2+ years of Mid-Market or Enterprise delivery or project experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage and Satisfy Clients: Directly interact with clients to gather requirements and understand their needs, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Apply Salesforce Expertise: Use your knowledge to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the technical team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Manage Requirements: Oversee the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into functional and technical specifications.
  • Drive Project Success: Collaborate with the project manager and technical team to ensure projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
  • Support Pre-Sales Activities: Assist in the development of proposals, SOWs, and presentations, providing expert input to secure client agreements.
  • Ensure Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized documentation of requirements, solutions, and project progress.


Day in the life:

Morning:

  • Start the day by reviewing project updates and identifying any urgent issues.
  • Conduct stand-up meetings with the project teams to discuss priorities, progress, and any roadblocks.
  • Respond to emails and messages from clients and team members, providing guidance on business requirements and solutions.


Midday:

  • Meet with a key client to gather requirements for a new Salesforce implementation, focusing on understanding their business processes and objectives.
  • Grab a quick lunch, catching up with colleagues or staying updated on Salesforce's latest features and industry trends.


Afternoon:

  • Work on translating client requirements into functional specifications, collaborating with the technical team to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  • Conduct a workshop with stakeholders to refine requirements and define project scope.
  • Review project progress with the project manager, ensuring alignment and addressing any concerns.


Throughout the Day:

  • Develop documentation for current projects, detailing requirements, solutions, and progress.
  • Prioritize tasks for the following day, ensuring all project documentation is current.
  • Allocate time for personal growth, exploring new Salesforce features or participating in community discussions to stay at the forefront of the field.

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm EST (US Time)

Work location: India (Chandigarh/Mohali Office)


Education: BS Degree in CS or Related fields
