As an account executive at Truffle, your main responsibility will be to sell the company's services to both new and existing customers. Role Details

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team at Truffle. As a key member of our sales team, you will serve our clients as a trusted advisor, building and executing predictable sales engagement processes to deliver positive outcome-based work.

As a sales professional at Truffle, you will be responsible for promoting our services to both new and existing customers. This will involve working closely with the sales teams at Salesforce and other partners to establish new business opportunities and grow our existing customer base. 

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to identify opportunities to leverage Truffle's services to boost growth and success. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies and tactics as well as exceeding sales goals.

An ideal candidate for this role should have a track record of successfully selling Salesforce solutions and a strong desire to foster meaningful connections with clients and partners. 


Responsibilities

  • Understand and effectively sell Truffle's services, including Implementation, Advisory, Integration, DevSecOps, and Managed Services, to new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Build professional and deep relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Understand client business needs and identify opportunities to leverage Truffle's services to drive growth and success.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Present Truffle's solutions to potential clients in a way that demonstrates their value through strategic, value-based selling techniques.
  • Position Truffle's solutions to effectively meet the needs and goals of the prospect organization.
  • Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to increase customer success and overall revenue generation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline deals by updating Salesforce Sales Cloud daily with key activities.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience selling consulting or professional services
  • Strong consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience selling services within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong reputation at Salesforce
  • Experience working at Salesforce 
  • Experience partnering with Salesforce as an Consulting or ISV partner 


Preferred Certifications

  • Sales Certification/Training
  • Salesforce Administrator
