True Massage & Bodywork Post-Op Spa is a premier post-surgical recovery and wellness spa specializing in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), post-op care, body sculpting, skincare, and holistic wellness services. We've earned our esteemed reputation in quality comprehensive post op care. We provide both in-suite and mobile services, catering to clients recovering from cosmetic surgery. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a licensed RN who is passionate about post-op care and recovery.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and flexible RN to provide post-operative lymphatic drainage and recovery services for our clients. This role requires someone who is mobile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a hybrid setting (both in-suite and mobile visits). Appointments are scheduled based on client demand, so availability and flexibility are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-op manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and wound care (training provided if needed).
• Educate clients on post-operative care, compression garments, wellness, and recovery best practices.
• Travel to clients' homes for mobile services and work in our spa suite as needed.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support the expansion of services, including IV therapy (if certified) and post-op wound care.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with post-surgical clients.

Qualifications:

✅ Active RN license in Florida.

✅ Minimum of 15 hours/week availability is required. (flexible, appointment-based schedule). Must be able to work some alternating weekends.

✅ Reliable transportation is a requirement.

✅ Comfortable working in both mobile and in-suite settings

✅ Strong hands-on skills & willingness to learn MLD techniques (training available)

✅ Reliable transportation for mobile visits

✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate within a larger team. Ability to adjust to fluctuating appointment schedules

✅ Prior experience in post-op recovery, aesthetics, wound care, or plastic surgery nursing (strongly preferred but not required)

✅ IV therapy certification (preferred but not required)
