Our mission is to provide exceptional pre and post-operative care and non-invasive wellness services to women recovering from cosmetic surgery. We’re expanding and looking for a licensed LPN or RN who is passionate about wellness, recovery, and empowering clients on their healing journey.

👩‍⚕️ Position Overview:

We are hiring a part-time Post-Op Recovery Nurse to join our growing spa team. This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives in both spa, wellness, mobile settings, values holistic recovery care, and wants a stable afternoon/evening schedule.

Schedule:

• Days: 4-5 days/week with some weekends.
• Hours: afternoons. 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Minimum 15 hours/week availability required
• Up to 25hrs/week with opportunity for more.
• Additional mobile appointments may be offered based on demand and training will be provided.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and post-op recovery services (training provided)
• Educate clients on self care, recovery protocols, compression garments, and self-care ensuring compliance with treatment plans
• Provide mobile services in client homes and work mostly in-spa as scheduled
• Maintain professional documentation and client charts in EHR
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols
• Communicate compassionately and clearly with post-op clients
• Support growth of new services including wound care and IV therapy (if certified)

✅ Qualifications:

• Current and Active Florida LPN or RN license (required) will only be considered
• Reliable transportation for mobile visits (required)
• Availability for afternoons/evenings
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team
• Confident with hands-on care and interested in learning MLD (training provided)
• Ability to adjust to fluctuating appointment volume
• Prior experience in post-op, wound care, plastic surgery, or aesthetic nursing (strongly preferred)
• IV therapy certification a plus, but not required
• MLD certification is strongly preferred, but not required
